We had a little help from Lily at our garage sale last Saturday. For a good portion of the day, she reclined on the check-out table and greeted customers as they paid.Meeting the public was another test run for Lily in preparation for the upcoming cat show competition at the state fair. She passed this test with flying colors: She allowed all the customers to pet her and did not hiss or bite.
Because of her good behavior, I do believe we could have sold Lily many times over during the day.
But of course, our Lily is Not for Sale.

Dakotah will walk on a leash too. Sheba, on the other hand would probably spin like the Tasmanian Devil if I even tried to put it on her....

Thanks, guys! She is Miss Purr-sonality, that's for sure. She doesn't mind the harness and leash at all. She knows if we put it on her, she gets to go outside. :-) Janet
