More fun with spray paint

Last summer, Daughter and I (actually, Daughter) spray painted several brass items in our house. (Read about our spray painting adventures here and here.) Somehow we missed this small brass plant stand.

Luckily, we still have plenty of Rustoleum Universal Hammered spray paint left. No prep necessary!

Daughter likes to spray paint, so we set up operation in the yard and in just a few minutes the old brass plant stand...

had a new bronze finish!

Repurposing....my favorite word. Tell daughter good job on the painting! It looks great.

Oh me loves to spray paint too, that looks so pretty, feel guilty cause I don´t know how much harm I´m doing to the ozono layer but come one, I´m not even using hair spray anymore, so that counts right!

Great idea. I looked at last year's projects and what an amazing difference just painting things. You two do good work

I was thinking about doing this to a couple of brass frames that I wish were silver/gun metal.

Glad you had fun at the Coldplay concert. I love there music.

My mother's been doing this a lot, too. She even spray painted a lampshade. What the heck, right? She was going to throw it away so she thought, why not try it? It worked!
