We frequently sequester Lily in the basement so that poor Tinsel can eat in peace. We often entice her with a few morsels of her own food so that she'll go to the basement without too much protest.
Last week, I tossed some food in Lily's basement bowl and headed downstairs myself to put some things away in the storage area. When I rounded the corner to go back upstairs, there was Lily, taking advantage of the steps so as to enjoy her meal completely free of neck strain.
Another cute moment, sponsored by Lily :-)

How funny! We have to separate our dogs at dinner, Daisy likes to steal all the food. Glad to see that you are doing well, I'm sending out continued good thoughts your way. Your nature photos are beautiful.
Aw, smart cat! Too bad they have to be seperated to eat at times; we have one cat (the youngest, but the biggest) who finishes off her food first, then goes to all the other dishes (even the dog's!) and looks for more. Needless to say, I feed her the most as she is the biggest breed.
I love how you capture the cutest pictures of the cats and have the best stories to go with them!
you have the cute ones
Very cute! I like the new layout!!!
We may have to separate ours at some point if Sally needs special food to help control her diabetes...I'm not quite sure how that'll work out though :)
I love how the stairs were used as a natural table and chair! LOL!!
I hope you and your family are doing OK.
