I just have to comment about your tree. We have one just like it (our neighbor called it a laurel, but it looks just like yours with the pods). Anyway it is the messiest tree evah and it sits just feet away from our pool...which means I am always sweeping leaves, needles and pods up. So, if you ever invent your pod catcher...I will be a very good customer!!!

How sweet. I have 2 dogs that like to groom each other, it is cute.
Awww... Sheba is our 'matron' cat. She tries to groom our other two cats. Sometimes they'll let her; but usually it ends up in a hissing fight.
