This past weekend, Daughter gave Lily an impromptu shampoo.
Immediately after her bath, I found Lily sitting in the hallway outside the bathroom, obviously distressed about her wet appearance.

A few minutes later I found her in the family room checking out QVC's Hot Pick of the Day: hairdryers. :-)

Hah! That last shot was brilliant!!! Poor Lily. I don't think I've ever given our cats a bath. They came self-cleaning, which I wish the dog did...

I always blow-dry Alex after a bath :) He looooooooooooooves the heat and the full body massage - and I love his fluffy soft sweet shampooy fragrance and snuggly warmth - beats the heck out of wet rat and ensuing hairballs! :)
