For today's post, Lily will demonstrate proper toilet drinking technique.
Position your back feet firmly on the seat and balance with your tail. Balance is very important! You do not want to fall in the toilet.

Place your front feet inside the toilet, just above the water line. Grip the porcelain with your toesies and take a nice long drink!
Don't get caught drinking from the toilet! If you do, avoid eye contact with the photographer and just try to look natural. :)

"Oh, hello. I was just thinking about using this potty rather than my litter box." "No, I was NOT, drinking from it!"
Well, it's not just Sugar then is it? :-) :-) :-) And of course, along with my excellent parenting skills, I demonstrate my caring, considerate pet ownership skills when I say things like, "What do you mean they have no water?!?! The toilet is open!!!!" I just remembered I need to go change the litter...
But seriously when I was in high school we had a cat named Chico Pumpernickel who really did use the toilet. The only bad part was that she didn't really have the best aim, so sometimes she got the seat kind of wet.
Ha! Thank goodness we don't have this.... the only thing ours drinks from (besides their bowls, of course) is the sink taps. All three of our felines LOVE to drink from a tap!
Our Kirby likes to watch the water swirl down the hole, but I've never caught any of them taking a drink. Cute pics!
