Who can resist this sweet doll baby?
Here is her “business in the front, party in the back” pose. I love it when she sits like this!

Did you know that Lily is into yoga? Whenever she hears the slap of the mat against the floor, she comes running!
While I have had another crazy busy week, it seems that Lily has not! Let's take a look at how she's been spending her days.
First there was this...
And then she rediscovered the back of the loveseat for optimum fall viewing...
Then she did some of her posing...
Now back to the loveseat...
With all of these naps to take, I guess Lily was busy in her own way!
Actually, she must find MUCH of what I do pretty boring, as she spends most of our time together asleep!
In the years since our daughter and son-in-law have been in Texas, we've learned about these little lizard creatures. During the summer months, they're ALL around the house -- often on the windows, as you see here. They can even change colors to match their surroundings!
Along with birds, squirrels, and butterflies, these little guys provide endless hours of entertainment for Rory.
And if one happens to sneak inside the house, as they like to do when the weather gets cooler, watch out! Rory is a fierce protector of the home turf and will carry those lizards around to show them who's boss!
At least when she's awake! 😉
Lily loves Refill Day! It's the day when Meowmy puts more TASTY NOMS in the automatic feeder.
There's always a brief moment when the lid is off, and that's when Lily -- ever the opportunist when it comes to food -- dives in!
Is it Friday? It's been a really busy week for Lily's Meowmy. Believe it or not, I'm already starting on Christmas projects for the store!
As for Lily, she's had a calm week! Life is back to normal for her. She has her dining room sunny spots back, so she's quite happy!
One of these days, I'll finish cleaning the dining room and putting everything back in its proper place.
Awhile back, I decided to take an online doodling class with Wendy Vecchi. Although I doodled a lot as a kid, I have been "doodle-free" for many years now. But when I saw Wendy's doodling style, I knew it was something I wanted to try!
In class, we learned how to doodle and color flowers, leaves, and a few other simple shapes. I found it super relaxing!
One of these days, I'll share pictures of all the doodled flowers and leaves I have made. Trust me, I have quite a supply!
So now that I have a stash of doodled flowers and leaves, I decided to try a few on cards. They are completely different than any other card-making supplies I typically use! I enjoyed including these handmade flowers on the fronts of my cards.
It's time to get back to doodling more flowers for fall!
